Old Deci Kallah Benefits ~ 15/10/09
1st Tier: Kallah gains additional Stealth innate 1 per 4 Kallah levels
2nd Tier: Kallah may use one Stealth innate to avoid one visible ranged supernatural effect (ie. Lightning bolt may not be OOC visible, but IC it can be assumed to have such).
3rd Tier: If in another city, the Kallah may elect to lose the benefits above and instead use the benefits of that city. If in Deci (and whilst in Deci only) Stealth innates can now be used to ‘hide from a blow’ granting benefits as per that characters Combat Wary, one such innate may be sacrificed at most per 5mins.
Note: for the third ability a character in a given day only gets one cities benefits in total.

1st Tier: Kallah gains innates by level as per Dark Elf.
2nd Tier: Kallah gains innates by level as per Ebony Drave.
3rd Tier: 3/Day an innate gained from Tier 1 or 2 may be cast 'Mantically.

Current Deci Kallah Benefits ~ 30/8/111st Tier: - Kallah gains innates by level as per Dark Elf at Kallah Level -4.
- Gains Assassins Eye (without the need for pre-reqs) If already owned then it is enhanced so that it only takes 15 seconds observation and has a range of 18'
- Murderer's Eye as per Cutthroat Tendency.
2nd Tier: Kallah gains innates by level as per Ebony Drave. - Kallah gains innates by level as per Dark Elf at Kallah Level -3.
- Gains +1 Cumulative Weapon Mastery with Daggers
- Vicious Strike 1/Day
3rd Tier: - Kallah gains innates by level as per Dark Elf at Kallah Level -2.
- Murderer's Eye is now 2/Day
- Vicious Strike is now 2/Day
- Stealth Innate 2/Day
