The residence of Tirack, the local Preacher man, is both a shrine to Shaehan and a place of simple healing both, Tirack’s Hospice gives those seeking peace in Forgetown a place to collect their thoughts. The Hospice attracts a lot of wives and fallen women that find faith in their hearts and are becoming known as Tirack’s Gaggle and a force to be reckoned with especially by their husbands!
The injured traipse in and though the plate is rather obvious (as if the further sign that for healing and prayer, buy one get one free) the bunks soon fill of a night.
The hospice always has a few of the local wives around, cleaning and bringing the preacher-man hearty vittles.
Gaining in renown and never one to miss an opportunity Tirack both enlarges what is still, sort of, a hospice a square church style tower. A bell at the top can be rung in times of real need – Tirack’s for the most part – but the two storeys within are outfitted in rather snug rural splendor. Tongue and groove gird the walls and decent stone is laid on the floor – all buffed and polished by the many loyal wives of Forgetown.
A sturdy wooden tower is erected atop the building and from this Tirack can be heard on holy days (and admittedly just after kicking out time at the tavern) berating the lonely and those not wed under the eyes of the Gods. Though of course dedicated to his faith, Tirack can pretty much marry anyone under the strictures of any faith should he have to and it is he who leads the annual great Joining Ceremony in Forgetown, where many come from across the territories for a proper, if somewhat cheap wedding in the company of thousands of other couples…
