This is the local name for both the Black Mana Dragon and her Cathedral. The Cathedral's actual architecture and shape lends a certain resemblance to a horned serpent. The Cathedral is located in the North Quarter of Deci and its presence firmly dominates that part of the city’s skyline and that part of the city itself. It may be simple coincidence, accident or design but at the moment of the Cathedral’s completion and consecration in Orgrus IM 1006 by Anath Halfblack the city became infested with snakes and serpents of all shape and size. Where once rats acted as the city’s vermin they were quickly displaced by the snakes, an event rumoured to have somewhat angered Kith Kaharn.
The cathedral itself is a somewhat quiet and scholarly place of learning, where speech is rarely raised beyond a lisped whisper of its fork-tongued priests, and it is a good place to delve into the ritual arts or at least to find those knowledgeable in such things.
