Facility: The Street of Masks Location: Hightown Owner: The Vizier of Deci Who can use: Any one Limitations on use: Any Merchant, Trader or those with Mercantile Demesne (see below).
The Deci Street of Masks cater to the very best. Anyone with a vaguely commercial Demesne may purchase a shop front here – even if their core Demesne is much further away, often in other cities.
Increases Static Income from such Demesne by 8% - this is collected in the normal way back home for outsiders, with no other qualifiers other than the SSN and the ON of their acceptance into the street by the Council (who probably all have outlets here). If such Demesne are located in Hightown then the increase is 12%.
Deci Demesne, of whatever sort, can also acquire such a place. It may well be an odd little store that demonstrates charcoal from the Majius Estate but it seems to do the trick. Because, it it’s on ‘The Street’ then it must be better, mustn’t it?
It costs 200C for such a shop front.
The Craftenguilder confirms those allowed by noting it in his orders, and then they grant the Centuries to the city with this SSN. Each Demesne can only have one such shop front.

Facility: The Invisible Grand Location: The Mercantile Quarter Owner: The Vizier of Deci Who can use: Any one Limitations on use: Any Merchant, Trader or those with Mercantile Demesne in Urban Deci (see below).
The Invisible Grand Where Guild and business, indeed pretty much at the time of writing have gathered business thrives and people enjoy the benefits of trade as they buy, sell, exchange and steal the best the city has. A place of dull lights - but lights nonetheless, the Invisible Grand is a wide street (especially for Deci) though still bends and sways in loops and rises. The habit on the street is to go hooded or masked and long into the day or night there is usually some celebration and revelry to be seen somewhere along its length.
Previous benefit maintained and exactly as seen there unless otherwise changed below. Local benefits to static income, for those with a Demesne in Urban Deci are increased to +15% in total.
NOTE: This has now been upgraded to King Street below

King Street Where now Deci has so expunged itself of its murderous influences, where the population has thrived once again and the people cry out quite unlike themselves of old for quality, for the chance to spend and to enrich their lives with baubles then with his ear to the reverse of a speaking-trumpet is Anath. King Street is a grand undertaking with buildings pulled down where possible and where possible a road remade straight as a Halfblack promise that runs nearly, almost up to join Hightown and onwards and upwards thereafter to the Spire from which a King might stare down and see his city – mostly and to Anath’s wishes, spending. The stores are for the most part made from the best of the buildings unearthed by the Guilds – the street rather and strangely so, old fashioned, even jumbled though the premises are big and with no two sharing a time or architecture between them…
